Hello in this quick post i will be outlining a few reasons behind why you should improve your running technique. A reason why you should improve your running technique is that it helps you run faster and you will not get as fatigued as fast whilst running this is because a good running technique and stance helps to reduce strain on the knees, back and shoulders whilst also a good running technique means you should always be light on your feet reducing the chance of injury to your feet as well!
Running the wrong way can have serious implications and can be damaging not just to your legs but your whole body as well.

What you eat now effects your health in later life
"People who eat a balanced diet have a far less likely hood of developing heart disease and other problems"
This just shows that the importance of eating healthy is needed to live a longer life.
But did you know the food you ate as a child has a impact on your later life? It is true the foods you eat influence bone density and heart health among other things. For example osteoporosis is a disease that effects bones (often called brittle bone disease . People who where not deficient and had plenty of calcium and phosphorus and a diet that was not too acid as the body will take minerals from the bones to re-balance stomach acids have a far less risk of getting osteoporosis when they are older than those who did not.
That is just one of many examples.
But the moral of this post is to tell people that what you eat now and in earlier life does have a impact on later life... It is never too late to start eating more healthier though! Sooner you start eating more healthier the better!

Well this fact is true because over use of the plantar fascia or stretching and pulling the plantar fascia are the most common causes of development. Plantar fasciitis can be annoying to say the least and it will mean you may find your self unable to run or even worse walk for quite some time whilst the plantar fascia heals. Orthotics help to prevent all of this. Even you do get it docotrs will prescribe you with some plantar fasciitis insoles to help with recovery and speed things up!

Running the right way allows you to run further!
The correct posture whilst running is very important.
Having the right posture and running technique is fundamental if you want to avoid running injuries and run fast and even longer! There are various articles online that cover running technique like this one that tells you how to run properly and what injury's can occur if you dont. plus I like this one too about proper form when running
However i will not in this article repeat what’s already been said in many other articles all over the internet instead I will just summarize the importance of good running technique and posture. Please visit the article above that I mentioned about how to run properly to find out .. Well just how you should be running.
Here is why you should run and have correct posture.
Incorrect posture creates strain and pressure on your shoulders and back which over time can cause weakening not only on your bones and muscles but also on your joints because you are unnaturally running in the way your body has not been designed too.
Having the right posture allows you to breathe more freely. It is important to breath properly to help circulate oxygen around your body to your cells. You cells needs oxygen to make energy. Starvation of oxygen can cause tiredness as a effect of the build up of lactic acid in your cells which can be painful and cause you to stop running.
Something else to take into consideration when you are jogging or running is the way your feet hit the ground hit the ground to harshly and you can damage your legs and feet in the process.
Having the best running technique also makes you run more efficiently which means less energy is wasted in pointless movement!
